Enzo owns and runs the business with his wife Peta and have developed their business into one of the most professional and respected real estate companies in the area. Enzo has been selling Real Estate since 1981 and studied for the Certificate in Real Estate Management and subsequently obtained his Real Estate Agents Licence in 1984. Peta became involved in Real Estate when she met her husband Enzo in 1984. Obtaining her Real Estate Certificate in 1985 and successfully assisting Enzo in Sales she decided that her main interest was in running the office and supervising from Reception through to Property Management and completion of a satisfying Sale. Having worked in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne she enjoys the rapport with clients and loyalty one can build in a smaller city like Perth. We really do care about our clients and staff. Hi!... I'm Grant Retallick My specialty is established residential property. I admit that I prefer the long-term relationships I can build with homeowners and buyers looking to move into or around my community. Negotiating the sale of a clients home to a buyer who "just loves it" is extremely rewarding for all parties involved. Prior to entering Real Estate in 1992 I worked for 6 years in the often volatile world of broadcast news at Channel 7 Perth. Here I experienced the pressure of live crosses during the 6 o'clock news, interviews with grieving families and AFL coaches (not easy men to deal with if the team had lost). During that time, I saw the best and worst in people, it taught me how to be quick on my feet, even quicker thinking and most importantly what to ask, when to ask it and when it was best to say nothing! It was a great grounding for my career in Real Estate. Combined with enthusiasm, a postitive outlook and drive for excellence the advantage I bring my clients is an ability to negotiate the toughest deal in a professional, friendly manner and with a sense of fairness to both my vendors and buyers. Louise Powell has joined Growth Realty as Enzo’s Personal Assistant and works within all facets of Enzo’s business in addition she assists Peta with aspects of office management. Louise has left behind Employment and Community Service development and management and has transferred her professional manner and skills into Real Estate.  Her enthusiasm for the industry, interest in people and commitment to customer service and sales sees Louise well placed for a career in Real Estate.  Louise has developed into a valuable assistant to Enzo and Peta, their customers, clients and staff members at Growth Realty.

Renae Winters brings 7 years Property Management experience to the Growth Realty Rental Team. Her belief that service is the key to quality Property Management sounds simple enough but without the experience and expertise to do it properly an investment can quickly become a problem. The common goal is to maintain the property in order to achieve the optimum return. Renae’s fair and honest approach is complimentary to Growth’s Property Management ideals and ethics. We are confident this will strengthen our service and relationships with clients and customers.

Sue Kelly’s passion for real estate saw her gain the Real Estate Certificate in 1985. Shortly after she started working for Enzo and Peta Pagnozzi as their Receptionist. Sue worked in this role for many years before taking leave for family duties. It is with much pleasure that Sue has been welcomed back, now with 20 years real estate experience, to take on what Enzo and Peta believe to be a very important role within Growth Realty; that is managing the front desk. Sue’s experience and dedication make her an integral member of our professional team.
